I’ll be honest: the first time I saw an osteopath in France, he barely touched a baby’s head, and within minutes the crying stopped. I thought, „This is either magic or I know nothing about the body.” Twenty-five years later, I can say both were true: The „magic” was actually science, never taught at University.
Why I Became an Osteopath?
Back in school, I read the magazine „Sveikata” (Health), the only place that touched on acupressure, acupuncture, and Eastern philosophy.
It felt exotic, yet it made sense: if people can heal without medication, why not explore it?
At university and in hospitals, I saw countless patients returning with the same pain, even when X-rays were normal and medicine cabinets overflowing. That’s when I began seeking ways to help when traditional approaches offered no solutions.”
